Soccer Star Welsh Athlete Ramsey Boosts Bounty for Missing Dog in Mexican Territory to £15,000
Wales football star Aaron Ramsey has boosted the bounty for details regarding the lost canine named Halo to $20,000.
The former Premier League club Arsenal and Cardiff City player, who now represents the Mexican club Pumas in the capital, stated that Halo was spotted in San Miguel de Allende, located in the Guanajuato area.
the dog, who disappeared on October 9th, was equipped with a GPS collar, and the footballer posted a Google maps location of her last known location.
"Any information about our pet Halo please get in touch with us. Big bounty for finding her. We are all wishing she's ok and will return with us soon," the athlete posted on Instagram.
Initial Reward and Heartfelt Appeals
Ramsey first announced that Halo had disappeared a fortnight back and has subsequently shared numerous images of the cherished canine on Instagram.
A $10,000 bounty was originally provided, but with lack of updates on the dog's status after a week, the player and his loved ones increased the sum.
"All we desire is our girl back," he expressed in another plea on social media after the decade-old pet went missing.
The latest photograph post is a grayscale photo of Halo napping, its head resting in the curve of Ramsey's elbow, with the description: "What I wouldn't give to cuddle you one last time Halo."
Household's Concerns and Context
The footballer has additionally circulated a message from his spouse Mrs. Ramsey on online channels saying they have several "pressing concerns" about the event and are concerned the family "might not receive answers".
"We still are still searching for our dog. I fear we will," his wife's update stated.
The Welsh leader joined Mexican first division club Club Universidad Nacional recently and had his first appearance in the Mexican league in August.
Originally from Caerphilly athlete is the first high profile UK player to participate in the Mexico's top division.
